Why should I upgrade from my current version?

“Why should I upgrade from my current version?” or a variation of that question is a question often asked by customers when discussing an ugprade. This isn’t so bad if a customer is only one version back but it gets much more challenging if a customer is two versions back.  Microsoft has published a nice 3-page chart with the key differences in versions 9, 10, and 2010, which will make answering this question much easier in the future.  Tip of the hat to Jivtesh Singh for pointing this out on his blog here.
