How to disable Suggested Contacts in Outlook 2010
Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at 7:47AM I’d noticed a lot of new contacts with just email addresses showing up in my iPhone after upgrading to Office 2010. I try to keep my contacts limited to people I frequently communicate with, so while it could be a nice feature for some, I wanted it gone. Here’s how to do it:
In Outlook 2010, go to the File tab, then click on Options.
Click on Contacts, then clear the option at the bottom for Suggested Contacts
Lastly, go to your Contacts folder and choose Suggested Contacts, choose a contact. Then use Ctrl-A key to select all and delete.

This works to remove existing suggested contacts, but Outlook 2010 continues to create new ones in the suggested contacts folder. Is there any way to *permanently* disable this feature?
What I want to know is, "Is there a way to delete the folder conpletely?" I have stopped it from collecting address but i just want the folders to disappear completely. Please let us know how to accomplish this.
